About J&D Painting & Decorating

Between us, Josh and Dan have around 15 years of experience in painting and decorating.

Over that time we've worked across a broad range of projects: everyday residential decorating, full house redecorations, larger homes and renovations, multi-million-pound estates and commercial buildings. We've spent a lot of that time working alongside builders and other trades, so we're used to fitting into a wider programme of work and keeping things moving.

The properties differ enormously. The approach doesn't. Whether it's a single bedroom or a whole estate, the preparation, the care taken around edges and woodwork, and the way we look after the space are the same. We use a dustless sanding set-up to keep dust to a minimum, and the property may be different, but the standard we aim for stays the same.

We're a small outfit by choice. It means the people who quote your job are the people who carry it out, you always know who's coming through the door, and any question gets answered by someone who has actually been on site.

Most of our work comes from recommendations and repeat customers, which is exactly how we'd like to keep it.
